Born in Washington DC, Sean’s parents moved to Cearfoss, Maryland where Sean attended Maugansville Elementary. After his parents divorced, he grew up in Charlotte NC region and resided in South Carolina. He attended the University of South Carolina, becoming a Gamecock, and joined the Army National Guard shortly after.

Sean became a Defense Contractor in 2014 and has worked on various contracts within DoD and the Pentagon and even working for the Secretary of Defense for Legislative Affairs. Sean moved to Hagerstown in 2021 because of the beautiful mountains, low cost of living, and slower pace of life. Sean currently serves on the Hagerstown Planning Commission and was appointed in March 2023. Sean ran Hagerstown's Neighborhood's 1st group Dewey Central in 2023.
